It’s that time of year again! Pumpkin spice lattes are in full swing and it’s finally time to break out the rainboots. I’m not the biggest fall or winter fan (what can I say, I grew up in Paradise!) but I do appreciate all the delicious seasonal foods and drinks. I also appreciate the holiday spirit of giving and being with family and friends!
I didn’t do a holiday health and wellness gift guide last year but I wanted to revive the guide so that you had some fun gift ideas for your health and wellness minded friend or family member. Take a look at my top picks for this year’s health and wellness gift guide.
2016 Health and Wellness Gift Guide
This health and wellness gift guide is targeted at women, so apologies, men. I like providing gift ideas which I’ve used myself or want to buy in the future. That being said, if you have a fitness or health-minded man in your life and are totally stuck for ideas, shoot me a message in the comments below and I will try and help you out.
I hope that this health and wellness gift guide takes some of the guesswork out of what to give your fit-minded buddy, or wannabe yogi pal. I’ve been careful to curate a selection of goodies which will make even your fussiest of friends actually use your gift. Don’t you hate when you give a gift and they never, ever use it? -___-
Perfect for activating your lower body before a workout and for working out those glutes! Here’s a fantastic butt workout to do with them.
Victoria’s sports workout bras are hands down the best in the industry. They’re affordable, fit well and look amazing. If you’re unsure of what size to get then I recommend gifting a giftcard.
Perfect for all the yogis in your life! The Buddhibox is a subscription box filled with goodies to overjoy all your yoga loving friends. Some products I received in my Buddhibox were incense and an aromatherapy spray.
4. Fit Body Guides by Anna Victoria
A wonderful gift for anyone in your life looking to get strong and healthy for 2017. I wrote a review of the first 4-weeks of the Fit Body Guides which can give you more information as to the type of workouts in the guide.
The perfect fitness travel companion–this jump rope is weighted helping you burn even more calories than normal!
6. Jawbone UP3
We all have that one friend who’s really into technology and always has the latest gadget. Get him or her a Jawbone UP3! It lets you track both your heart rate and your sleep making it the perfect companion to become totally self-aware.
The word diet is rather misleading here–the clean and lean book by James Duigan is more of a lifestyle philosophy if anything else. This is a wonderful gift for those looking to learn more about having a sustainable and healthy relationship with food.
I’ve been using this particular brand of headphones for over 2 years now. This is the perfect gift for friends who like to do fast-paced workouts, such as HIIT and plyometrics. They will thank you for giving them headphones and for not having to fiddle with pesky wires anymore!
This white marble cheese board is a gorgeous addition to any home–and particularly for foodies.
