Health and Wellness Gift Guide

November 19, 2017

It’s that time of year again! Pumpkin spice lattes are in full swing and it’s finally time to break out the rainboots. I’m not the biggest fall or winter fan (what can I say, I grew up in Paradise!) but I do appreciate all the delicious seasonal foods and drinks. I also appreciate the holiday spirit of giving and being with family and friends!

I didn’t do a holiday health and wellness gift guide last year but I wanted to revive the guide so that you had some fun gift ideas for your health and wellness minded friend or family member. Take a look at my top picks for this year’s health and wellness gift guide.

2017 Health and Wellness Gift Guide

This health and wellness gift guide is targeted at women, so apologies, men. I like providing gift ideas which I’ve used myself or want to buy in the future. That being said, if you have a fitness or health-minded man in your life and are totally stuck for ideas, shoot me a message in the comments below and I will try and help you out.

I hope that this health and wellness gift guide takes some of the guesswork out of what to give your fit-minded buddy, or wannabe yogi pal. I’ve been careful to curate a selection of goodies which will make even your fussiest of friends actually use your gift. Don’t you hate when you give a gift and they never, ever use it? -___-

This gift guide will make sure that doesn’t happen.

1. Tomorrow Sleep Tracker Monitor

For those who are tech-minded, this is an excellent gift which tracks your sleep, breathing rate and heart rate. This smart monitor will then make personalized suggestions to help you get your best night’s sleep (crucial for a healthy body and in keeping cortisol levels stable).

2. Fit Body Guides by Anna Victoria

A wonderful gift for anyone in your life looking to get strong and healthy for 2017. I wrote a detailed review Fit Body Guides which can give you more information as to the type of workouts in the guide. Use my code ‘honestlyfitness’ at checkout for a 10% discount!

3. Athleta Twist Back Muscle

This is the perfect gift for your friend who works out regularly and will keep them looking, and feeling cute. Super flattering and can be paired with any workout leggings.

4. Victoria’s Secret Shine High-Neck Sports Bra

Every woman needs a flattering, supportive workout bra to help them breeze through their workout of choice. Victoria’s Secret are always my first choice when looking for a new sports bra.

5. Protein World Slender Blend

An excellent gift for any active friend. Protein World’s Slender blend protein powder is packed with protein, yet low in calories, and sure to aid any friend’s active lifestyle. Not convinced? Check out my Slender Blend Review you’ll soon see that this is the perfect protein powder gift.

6. Misfit Ray in Rose Gold

Know a friend who’s looking to improve their health but isn’t necessarily committed to working out yet? Consider buying them the beautiful Misfit Ray in rose gold. It tracks your activity level, and sleep, and helps by gently encouraging the user to get more activity (walking, running, etc) in their life.

7. Pique Tea

Have a foodie friend in your life? Get them Pique Tea–this delicious alternative to coffee is health and delicious. Pique tea packets contain crystallized tea which makes it the perfect travel companion and so easy to use. Just open a packet, add to hot or cold water, and enjoy this strong, tasty tea.

8. Handful Squeze Play Capri

Handful make incredible and flattering workout clothes. Get these capris for friends who are obsessed with leg day as these capris are completely squat proof and will keep your friend feeling comfortable, yet fashionable.
