I Have An Obsession With Workout Clothes!

March 24, 2015

Lately I have been coming up with sillier and sillier excuses to buy new workout clothes (and bikinis, but that’s a different story).

Cottonon

‘This is SUCH good quality and will be totally worth it!

‘If I buy this now, I won’t have to worry about it in the summer!’

‘What if it gets sold out …’

Ridiculous excuses, and I know this post makes me sound extremely superficial but workout clothes can truly give you some extra motivation which I wrote about in this post. I feel as if you have been working hard and being consistent with your health and fitness goals then buying a nice new piece of workout clothing isn’t going to hurt anyone. Which is exactly what I told myself when I went and bought a gorgeous new top from Lorna Jane the other day 😛

Victoria’s Secret is definitely my fave brand as of right now, although I am also a fan of Cottonon Body, Nike and Target workout clothes. I haven’t felt confident in shorts for a while, but my recent-ish weight loss encouraged me to start wearing shorts again and I feel a lot more confident now.

Victoria’s Secret are seriously king when it comes to making supportive and cute workout bras (perfect for when I am jumping around doing workouts from my Kayla Itsines guides haha). And I know, that sounds like something someone would say if they were being paid to say that but this is 100% my opinion; no sponsorship guys. I want to be able to share with you what workout clothes make me feel confident and which ones I believe are worth making the investment.

Now I just need to focus on being frugal for a few months and not buy anymore. Please tell me I am not alone with my love for cute workout clothes?!

Alice
