Pumpkin Spiced Smoothie Bowl

A delicious pumpkin spiced smoothie bowl packed full of protein, healthy fats and nutrients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 1 tub plain greek yogurt 150g
  • 2 tsp full fat coconut cream
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: sliced strawberries sliced apples, coconut flakes, chia seeds, coconut whipped cream.

Instructions
 

  • Simply blend all together until smooth and then pour into bowl. Add toppings as desired

Notes

You can omit the coconut cream if you do not like the taste of coconut and/or want a lower fat smoothie bowl.
Feel free to add stevia or honey to add sweetness
