Summer is fast approaching and with it is the heat. I know that a lot of women feel pressured to look a certain way during the summer season, but don’t let the pressure get to you! What is most important is feeling strong, healthy and confident in yourself. For me, being strong, healthy and confident means doing my regular workouts and eating healthily.
