A couple of months ago, I was given an incredible opportunity to enjoy a dream weekend getaway in Park City with the Kodiak Cakes team and seven amazing bloggers. In a bid to force myself to fully encapsulate the experience, I forced myself to vlog the whole trip. I’m excited for you to watch my very first vlog!

Park City Dream Getaway

To give you a quick overview, we were treated to an incredible weekend away in a stunning mansion literally seconds away from a ski lift that brought you up to Park City/Canyons resort. Kodiak Cakes have always been so good to me yet I couldn’t in my wildest dreams have imagined that I’d be able to join this dream weekend away!

Day 1:

  • Chose our bedrooms in this insane Park City mansion, got comfortable, and met the other bloggers and Kodiak Cakes staff. And ate Kodiak Cakes snacks, of course.
  • We dined at Riverhorse on Main restaurant, a fabulous, upscale restaurant located on Main Street, Park City.

Day 2:

  • We were treated to a full day of skiing and were fitted out with gear by our very own ski butler! I’ve gotten really into skiing over the past few years and I was SO excited to try out a new resort. It really challenged me as I took a couple of blue runs which, as an “experienced beginner,” definitely took me out of my comfort zone.
  • That night, dinner was brought to us by a fabulous husband and wife catering duo. Check them out on Instagram here. They utilized Kodiak Cake products in incredibly delicious and innovative ways (as you’ll see in my vlog.
  • In general, Kodiak Cakes products are incredibly versatile and can easily be tweaked by “normal folk.” You don’t need an amazing caterer to add them into your food! Case in point, check out my healthy chocolate chip banana bread and high-protein matcha green tea muffins, both featuring Kodiak Cake products.

Day 3:

  • Most of the other girls left on day 3 and so it was pretty much just me, Maggie, Alayna, and Ivana left so we decided to get brunch at Harvest, Park City. It was quite the tasty yet hipster restaurant haha.
  • Before I drove back home, down to Salt Lake City, I spent a couple of hours chilling and chatting with the girls.

Honestly yours,
Alice
