2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
2 Scoops of F-Factor 20/20 Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder

Wet Ingredients
1 Mashed Banana
¼ cup ChocZero Caramel or Maple Syrup
¼ cup Vanilla Almond Milk, Unsweetened
½ cup Egg Whites
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees farenheit.

In a mixing bowl, whisk your wet ingredients together first.

Next, add your dry ingredients. Mix well until you get a smooth consistency.

Fold in your chocolate chips if you're using them.

Add the mix to a brownie pan or another square baking pan.

Bake for 30-minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the middle.
