This almond flour bread recipe was first introduced to me from my husband’s aunt who had to go on a strict sugar-free and gluten-free diet to combat an illness she had. As you can imagine, it is not a particularly fun lifestyle, so she started experimenting in the kitchen to make things that were delicious yet still fit into her new lifestyle.
The first time I tried this bread, I was honestly blown away. The texture is really similar to bread and because it is so high in protein and full of good fats, a small slice keeps you full for hours!
