Fast walking–don’t knock it until you try it is all I have to say. Fast walking is a very underrated form of exercise despite the fact that one study found that walking offers the same benefits as running calorie-for-calorie burned, by helping to lower your risk of high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes and more.
