I don’t know about you, but for me, time has been flying by. Not something I expected to say during a global pandemic but it’s true! I’ve been relishing the time at home by re-reading some of my favorite books (and reading some fun new ones), watching lots of TV and movies, and (safely) exploring nearby beaches now that we are back in California.
While Valentine’s Day will look a little different this year (what else doesn’t?), there’s no reason you can’t still bask in love, and enjoy a gift for Valentine’s Day. Whether you send this to a signficant other as a major hint, or buy something for yourself (yes, self-care queen!), I hope you do something that you love on Valentine’s Day
What to Buy This Valentine’s Day
- AO+ Restorative Mist – Mother Dirt
- Fit Body App Membership
- Essence Twist Tank – Athleta
- Bouquet of Flowers – Native Poppy
- Ceremonial Grade Matcha – The Matcha Haven
- English Garden Candle – Grand Candles
- Fitbit Versa 2
- Tokyo Bar – Flair Chocolatier
AO+ Restorative Mist – Mother Dirt
If you’re fairly low maintenance when it comes to skin but want a product that packs a punch, get this mist. It contains live and active probiotics which all work together to give you a natural, healthy glow (I’ve used it and can attest to this!).
Fit Body App Membership
As you know, I am a long time devotee of the Fit Body app workouts. My favorite program is Tone (read more Tone’s workouts here) but they recently came out with three new trainers and new workout programs (think yoga, lifting, safe for pregnancy and more).
The app contains a variety of home-friendly workouts and has been a lifesaver during the pandemic.
Essence Twist Tank – Athleta
These twist tanks are stylish and functional. In fact, I love them so much that I bought two of them – one in white and one in black. It’s form fitting yet not tight so it’s perfect for high-impact workouts where you’re jumping all over the place, as well as low-impact workouts.
Bouquet of Flowers – Native Poppy
There is nothing better than a big bouquet of flowers, whatever the occasion. When I lived in Utah, I always bought fresh blooms from Petals by Carly (you can DM her on Instagram too).
Now that I’m about 40-minutes north of San Diego, I’m a fan of Native Poppy, and I know they are doing arrangements especially for Valentine’s Day too!
Ceremonial Grade Matcha – The Matcha Haven
Matcha is a wonderful gift and what better way to wake your special someone on Valentine’s Day than with a homemade matcha latte? The Matcha Haven is a Black-owned business and sells the best matcha I’ve ever tasted. And I’ve tried a lot of matcha!
There is no added sugar, which is a plus as well. Just one tin of ceremonial matcha from The Matcha Haven lasts me four weeks if I have one matcha latte per day.
English Garden Candle – Grand Candles
Candles are a great way to create a romantic atmosphere. These English Garden candles from Grand Candles, a small Ohio-based business, smell incredible and fresh.
Fitbit Versa 2
The couple that workouts together, stays together? If you or your partner is health-conscious, they will love this beautiful and functional watch.
Tokyo Bar – Flair Chocolatier
This pink chocolate was made for Valentine’s Day! Flair’s naturally pink chocolate tastes incredible and the Tokyo is my personal favorite. Yes, it may be a little pricey, but this luxury and gourmet chocolate is worth it. And you get a little discount if you use my affiliate link too.
It is guaranteed to delight and is a beautiful gift for your loved ones.
