A few days ago, my husband bought some butterfly pea flowers on a whim. I was actually surprised that we hadn’t bought any sooner because I am obsessed with all things floral – rose, hibiscus, lavender, you name it. Plus, I am half-Thai and butterfly pea flower drinks and desserts are common in Thailand.
