If you’re anything like me, chicken tenders are a nostalgic food. My Dad and I used to go to TGI Fridays every Friday when I lived in Hong Kong, and I always ordered a plate of chicken tenders and fries.

Now, the thing is that most restaurant style chicken tenders come loaded with high amounts of carbohydrates, fats and sometimes even extra added sugar. It’s a wonderful treat once in a while. I’ve found a way to mimic the same delicious flavor so you can make healthy chicken tenders a regular part of your household meals!

Megaformer in SLC: Peak45 Review

Megaformer is back in Salt Lake City and I cannot contain my excitement! Last year, an incredible megaformer studio called Salt Burn Studio opened up South of SLC but unfortunately, it went out of business. Peak45 is a new megaformer studio that is located right in downtown Salt Lake City and it’s here to stay. I’m so excited to share my review with you.

Obé Fitness Review (From A Former Home Workout Hater)

As I mentioned, I used to be a home workout hater and I would never have imagined that I could grow to like doing home workouts. But that’s what a pandemic will do to you I suppose! I officially quit my gym membership a few weeks ago (*tear*) because I just didn’t know when it was realistic to safely go back.

Over the past couple of months, I’ve tried a range of home workout programs (read about my favorites here). I’ve heard about Obé Fitness for a while but it wasn’t really until the pandemic hit that I started using it regularly. I am really excited to share my honest thoughts with you and potentially convince any former home workout haters to try them out!
