Dashbody: My new workout routine

October 10, 2015

Update: I am not 100% sure if Dasha still offers specific guide this but she does have workouts via an app now–Check out her Instagram, @Dashbody for more details.

Sorry it has been so long since I have posted everyone! I know I am majorly slacking and I apologize. I have some great posts lined up and I am aiming to do at least 2 posts a week 🙂

I wanted to let you all know about what workout routine I have been doing lately. I absolutely loved SBC, the Skinny Bitch Collective, and will definitely re-start that at some point and blog about it.  But for now, I have decided to try out Dasha Gaivoronski, of Instagram’s @Dashbody, workout program called ‘Dashbody’. Dasha was kind enough to let me try out Dashbody and give me a subscription for a full year – a full year of amazing workouts and yummy meals!

What is Dashbody?

Dashbody is a website created by @DashBody Instagram star, Dasha Gaivoronski. It is a one stop shop for all things fitness and nutrition – Dasha uploads workouts on a weekly basis and she regularly updates what she has eaten in a week. The workouts consist of upper body, lower body and full body routines that utilize body weight, kettlebells, TRX and bosu balls. They are typically anywhere from 30-45 minutes long (which can depend on how long you rest) and are guaranteed to get your blood pumping and muscles sore!

The best part about Dashbody is that it is highly affordable. It is only around $3 per month for access to all the workouts Dasha has posted and a look into her nutrition. The downside is that you do not get personalized meal plans and workouts as you may do on other workout routines and subscriptions. If you are a beginner who is taking their first step into the world of fitness, then Dashbody may not be for you. However, if you are bored with your current workouts and sick of having the same 3 meals day after day, Dashbody may be for you.

Personally? I LOVE Dashbody – it is so fun to mix up my routine with the fantastic workouts Dasha posts and all of the different equipment she utilizes. I have always wanted to do more with TRX, bosu balls and kettlebells but didn’t really have the time to come up with a workout on my own. I’ve learned a lot in the past few weeks of doing Dashbody workouts and I am excited to see what new workouts Dasha uploads over the next few months.

Let me know if you decide to try Dashbody or if you already use it!

Honestly yours,
Alice

    Love your website, Alice!
Quick question about Dashbody: is there a particular format you follow like Kayla’s program (Monday: Legs, Wednesday: Arms/Abs, etc)? Also does she prescribe any cardio? Thanks!

      Thanks, Kate!
So Dashbody isn’t a guide – it’s simply a place where Dasha shares her personal workouts every week. A typical week will involve three workouts: upper body, lower body and full body – similar to Kayla. She posts a lot of plyometric cardio workouts as well and does a useful roundup every week of her full week of workouts. So you get an idea of how much cardio you can do.
Hope that helps. I highly recommend it; the workouts are really fun and creative!
      Alice xx

Hi Meylan! Dasha shares what she eats during the week. I’m doing a different program now, but I toned up when doing Dashbody. I love it and still use it to get exercise ideas! xx

Do you pay every 3 or 6 month? How can you terminate dashbody?
