Health Benefits of the Farmers Market

I am absolutely love farmers markets and feel so lucky to live in a city that has an abundance of them. It’s become a ritual to go to the farmers market in downtown Salt Lake City every Saturday and if I can’t make it one week for whatever reason, I feel as if I have missed out on an important part of my week. The food served there is fantastic and it’s such a thrill to see all of the different fruits and vegetables that are in season and to do my part in supporting local organizations.
