Gift Guide: Valentine’s Day 2021

I don’t know about you, but for me, time has been flying by. Not something I expected to say during a global pandemic but it’s true! I’ve been relishing the time at home by re-reading some of my favorite books (and reading some fun new ones), watching lots of TV and movies, and (safely) exploring nearby beaches now that we are back in California.

While Valentine’s Day will look a little different this year (what else doesn’t?), there’s no reason you can’t still bask in love, and enjoy a gift for Valentine’s Day. So why am I writing this article? Because 99.9% of these articles miss the mark and don’t provide any real value in my opinion. This article will give you a run down of the basic mechanics of losing weight (energy in versus energy out) and give you some jumping off points from there on how to lose weight safely and sustainably.
